Kaley Cuoco is working hard at her exercise regimen.Ryan Sorenson, the Flight Attendant star’s trainer, recently shared an upbeat video from one of their most recent sessions, and it appeared to be really strenuous. Wearing black leggings and a tank top, Kaley dominated the practice with strength and an apparently never-ending variety of hairstyles.
Sorenson remarked in the caption, “We only know one speed.” In the video, Kaley was seen dominating a variety of workouts, including heavy lifting, medicine ball sit-ups, and jump rope drills. Playfully pointing out the several haircut changes in the video, she joined in on the fun in the comments section.
She joked, “At least 17 hairstyles and one speed.” Supporters showered her with positive remarks in the comments section, saying things like, “She’s a beast!” and “It’s no surprise she always looks amazing!” The postpartum mother, who gave birth in March, deserves special recognition for returning to such rigorous training, according to many.
Kaley and Ryan have a history of frequenting the gym together, and she even kept up a healthy fitness regimen during her pregnancy by doing baby-safe exercises. She also enjoys experimenting, sometimes incorporating SoulCycle or yoga into her routine.
She once told Women’s Health, “I commit to one thing, like yoga every day for a week, and then I find that I need to switch it up.” “After that, I switch again after doing SoulCycle continuously.”
However, Kaley follows her routine when it comes to eating. She travels with her own toaster since she is so dedicated to the combination of coffee and peanut butter toast, which she always starts her day with. Not a joke.
She usually eats tuna wraps, smoothies, or Luna bars for lunch, then grilled salmon, baked potatoes, and vegetables for dinner. Kaley obviously contributes everything she has, whether it’s her meals or her workouts, and her admirers adore her even more for it.
