People are frequently overwhelmed by the abundance of information and content available on the internet these days. However, the abundance of content also makes it simple for a lot of false information to proliferate.
Adult entertainment is one sector that has flourished since the internet. People have been exposed to a lot of false beliefs and irrational expectations as a result.
See what one adult entertainer is trying to clear up as a misconception by reading on.
In an effort to help people embrace their bodies for what they are, the body positivity movement has made every effort. However, there are some false beliefs about female bodies that our society has developed.
Adult entertainment developer Sarah Button wishes to dispel a myth regarding the anatomy of women. Sarah has a condition known as a “FUPA,” or fatty upper pubic area.
She revealed that when she was eleven years old, she became aware of her FUPA for the first time, but she was oblivious to its significance.
“It made me feel different — and kids are really cruel too, so they weren’t shy to point it out,” she remembers from that period.
FUPA, according to WebMD, is rather common and can happen after gaining weight. However, the FUPA may not go away when you reduce weight.
The website states that “the tissue on both sides — called the labia majora — can become fatty if you have a vulva.”
According to the website, “if you’re obese, especially in the category of type III obesity, or morbid obesity, losing a lot of weight is great for your health, but even after you’ve lost weight, FUPA-related problems can persist and new ones could develop.” Regretfully, it doesn’t always result in the body you desire.
At the age of 23, Sarah made the decision to learn more about her illness, which ultimately lead her to learn what a FUPA is. “I looked it up and there were so many clashing definitions online,” she said, sharing her findings. After following the rabbit hole, I discovered that the stomach was entirely different and that it is known as a FUPA.
“I had made a complete mistake. I realized I wasn’t defective and that we were all simply hiding after I discovered so many people with the same body type after going down the rabbit hole,” she stated.
In order to let other ladies know they are not alone and that FUPA is not a deformity at all, she is now utilizing her social media power to spread awareness about the condition.
And one person replied on her profile, “This is going to sound weird, but thanks for talking about this,” indicating that her effort is already having an impact. I have this as well, and I’ve always believed it to be a deformity. The fact that it seems to be so widespread makes me feel strangely relieved.
This is an excellent method to use social media and leverage your online influence. How do you feel about the work of Sarah Button? Tell us in the Facebook comments section.
