His hair was thick and unruly when he entered the salon, and he had no idea what to anticipate. All he wanted was something more contemporary and tidy. The hairdresser, however, had a far more spectacular idea.
They shaved it all off first. All bald. He had never seen a stripped-down, unvarnished, and strange image of himself in the mirror. It was startling. He didn’t even recognize himself for a second.
However, it wasn’t the end.
The surprise was the next stage.
A short wig that was precisely molded to fit his face and styled to resemble typical men’s hair was expertly put by the stylist. It is neither too long nor too short. Simply crisp, clean, and remarkably lifelike.
He was astounded by the metamorphosis when he looked in the mirror once more. He appeared to be a totally different person, not simply a different version of himself. He had a sharp jaw. His features appeared more robust. The room glowed with his confidence.
Friends were incredulous. Some people were unaware that it was him. It was that drastic of a transformation.
It was a complete change of identity, not simply a haircut or wig.
He was the owner of it.
