We’ve all heard the adage, “Don’t judge a book by its cover,” but Panda Ross on The X-Factor demonstrated that even reality show judges occasionally need a reminder.
Panda, who is from New Mexico, was initially viewed with suspicion by the judges, particularly Simon, who wondered where her unusual moniker came from. Panda was keen to leave an impact, even though he had recently recovered from illness.
Her voice, full of real emotion and force, enthralled everyone in the room as she started to sing. Even the most critical judges were impressed by her because she did more than just perform; she controlled the stage.
The judges were compelled to commend her for her outstanding performance. “I can’t deny how good that was,” L.A. acknowledged. “Panda, you sound like a legend,” observed Simon, who is typically difficult to impress, while “you moved this room.”
