Last month, vocalist Marelene Bellissimo stunned everyone with her performance during The Voice of Germany 2024’s final audition. She qualified for the next stage of the singing competition after performing the well-known song “Dream a Little Dream” in three different voices.
Despite being born Jake, Marlene, 29, has always aspired to be a woman. All of the judges on The Voice singing competition praised her for her extraordinary talent, which includes the ability to sing in both a woman’s and a man’s voice.
Marlene sang a cover of Ozzie Nelson’s hit song “Dream A Little Dream” during the show’s audition. Still considered one of the singer’s most popular songs, the song was first released in 1931.
