Perhaps you don’t know what Charis Pempengko is. However, Oprah Winfrey, the most famous TV host of our day, once called this little Filipino vocalist the most talented girl in the world. And believe me when I say that she is well-informed.
When Charis was fourteen, the world knew about her. This happened as a result of the incredible success of her YouTube video. The adolescent singer received mentoring from renowned composer and producer David Foster, who saw her talent.
At one of the shows, Foster even went with Charis personally. And the amazing performance of the very challenging song “All By Myself” that evening astounded him and the audience.
