Loni Willison, a former fitness teacher and well-known model, is now a homeless person living in Los Angeles.
The ex-wife of “Baywatch” star Jeremy Jackson was recently seen rummaging through trash cans on Venice Beach while carrying a cart full of blankets and clothes. Her disheveled appearance and untidy hair contrast sharply with her previous beauty.
Loni’s decline seemed to be the beginning of a downward spiral after her divorce from Jackson in 2014. She struggled with depression, lost her job and home, and developed a drug and alcohol addiction.
She showed her independence in the face of overwhelming difficulties by consistently declining offers of help. In October, she declared, “I have everything I need.”
Loni and Jeremy were married in 2012, but their brief union ended in divorce. Despite the efforts of well-wishers, including an offer of $90,000 for recovery, Loni remained elusive and made very few public appearances in recent years.
She began living on the streets in 2018 after getting evicted. Loni became addicted to methamphetamine after her real estate firm abruptly failed.
The emotional toll was exacerbated by claims of domestic abuse throughout her marriage and a disturbing incident in which she claimed to have seen Jeremy outside her apartment.
Loni highlighted the harsh realities of living on the streets by discussing how her constant problems have been stealing and surviving on the streets.
Her story serves as a poignant reminder that unexpected life events have the capacity to drastically change a person’s trajectory, even for those who have previously lived in the spotlight.
