At 14, Shayna is very shy. Although she had a wonderful voice, it took her a while to gain the courage to appear on a TV show stage. But eventually, with the support of her loved ones, Shayna managed to stand on her ideal platform in front of a large crowd and several television cameras.
When Shayna disclosed her music selection to the judges, they ridiculed it. The timid, insecure girl in front of the judges never imagined that she would sing so passionately!
