Usually, when you think of nuns, you picture women leading a solitary, religious existence with little joy. It is believed that the sisterhood is fairly strict and definitely not a place to pick up a lively dance move! But whatever misconceptions you may have about nuns will be shattered by this dramatic, exuberant performance.
The nuns gathered to show their community that they are still capable of having a good time. They prepared to perform their concert after renting a space at a local recreation center.The nuns’ own dance performance was not at all what the crowd had anticipated.
They start out softly before shocking their audience by picking up the pace when the beat starts. These sisters suddenly come to life! Their feet start tapping as the music gets louder. The shout, “I love him!” is repeated, and they bounce wildly back and forth to it, beaming broadly.
What starts off as a leisurely dancing performance swiftly turns into an incredible show of intensity that makes their audience laugh uncontrollably.
