La Voz, a well-known program, thrives on its enigmatic quality. Fundamentally, this singing competition asks judges to score competitors’ performances only on the basis of their vocals, ignoring their outward looks.
Pop sensation Miley Cyrus, singer Alicia Keys, Maroon 5 member Adam Levine, and country music artist Blake Shelton make up this season’s panel. The judges were in complete wonder as sisters Shannon and Whitney walked the stage to sing the iconic Fleetwood Mac song “Landslide.” Although Shannon’s solo was stunning, Whitney’s addition, which displayed their flawless vocal harmony, was what really captured their attention.
The judges turned to the sisters and gave them a standing ovation as their performance came to an end. They then lavished Shannon and Whitney with praise during Thursday’s deliberation session.
But picking a coach was still the hardest choice. Following a quick conversation, the sisters finally decided on Alicia Keys, who said she was thrilled to have them on her team.
